Before my career as a Christian Small Business Coach, I worked for Community Coffee. After 6-7 years with the company I was promoted from Corporate Controller to Vice President and Director of the Coffee House Division.
With this promotion I was told I’d be responsible for hiring over 100 new employees – in about the span of a year – all the managers, trainers, marketing professionals and a host of retail store personnel to open over 10 new retail stores.
